Use Case - A reported condition involving an immediate or potentially serious health or safety exposure or danger.

Examples -

• Infectious diseases

• Extremely contagious illness

• Live health-risk

Handle Protocol - Send an appropriate transfer message and immediately call the Trust & Safety member on duty until someone picks up the phone. See below for more details.
