Hygiene Escalations
Hygiene escalations are a major risk to provider and customer safety. Hygiene escalations may include patients, customers, or providers with extreme body odor or lack of self-care, unsanitary home or office conditions, dirty or smelly massage tables or sheets, or bug/rodent infested properties.
When you come across a hygiene escalation, please assess which tier it falls into and handle it appropriately.
