HIPAA Patient Needs to be Sent Results via Spruce

Use Case:

• Patient has difficulty getting results and needs us to send them through Spruce.

Response:

• Invite each patient above 18 to Spruce,send each adult only their results. Send all minors to the primary contact adult.

Action:

• Do NOT send any adults results to another adult (spouse, any family, etc.).
