HiOperator Not Found

HiOperator Errors/Not Found Sheet

Referrals and Tasks will appear in the "Errors" tab when HiOperator is unable to find them in ZCC.

Our actions should be as follows -

• Attempt to locate the referral in all 5 groups using referral ID.

  • If found, process the task listed in the sheet.

• If not found by referral number, use patient name and DOB (located in ZCC referral grid by filtering to the referral and hovering over the "i" button by the patient name.)

  • This search is done by "Find Referrals by Patient"

  • If found, process the task listed in the sheet.

• If referral cannot be found in any of the 5 groups by Referral ID or Name/DOB, please copy the referral ID onto the "Zeel Unable to Locate" tab on the spreadsheet.
