"Has Bids" Overview

Filter for “has bids” on the appointment page and Zeel Networks as the corporate entity

Work through the entire list when going through - you may not book all of the appts but should work your way to the bottom of the list each time

The main actions will be:

• Confirming spa blocks and chair appointments which do not get automatically “hands-free” booked

• Checking bids that are not “hands free eligible” bc of 

  • Expired insurance or license 

  • “Double booking” rules

  • Alternate time bids

• Taking action on couples massages that have bids but that are not being HF booked   

• Reaching out to providers who have outdated insurance or license 

• Reaching out to clients/patients about alternate times
