What to look for when confirming a provider
- When looking to confirm a provider for a Spa there are several things we need to pay attention to.
The first thing we want to pay attention to is the more information section on the right side of the listing in CMS. This section is filled with all the information we need to know when confirming a provider, such as:

• Do they prefer oriented provider or are they open to network

• Do they need providers to arrive early?

• Dress code instructions?

Oriented vs Non-Oriented

• Asking a property about non-oriented exception. Use your best judgement.

Asking about gender preference when non-preferred is bidding 

Checking to see if there are overnight accommodations when necessary 

Check notes as sometimes spas will request specific providers only 

Confirm they are not double booked or scheduled during the same timeframe as the block or rack they have bid on

• A block is a set hour duration, for example, it could range from 3-8 hours.

• A rack is a single scheduled appointment.
