Escalation Tiers

Trust and Safety escalations are broken down into three tiers, based on urgency and risk. These are Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 escalations.

REMEMBER - When in doubt, escalate. If you aren’t sure if something is a Tier 2 or a Tier 3, or a Tier 3 or a Tier 4, always round up. It is better to over-escalate than under-escalate.
