Eligible Bids That Not Confirmed w/ HF

If there is a bid that is not being HF booked but does not have any “no-HF” reasons, this is most likely bc the customer has multiple appts requested for the same day. Filter on the appointments page for that customer and 

  • Check to see if the “guest” name is different on the request or if the requests are for 2 different addresses. In either of these cases, you can confidently book the appts as they’re definitely different requests 

  • If the requests are at the same location and don’t have different guest names, check to see if the requests were placed in quick succession (e.g., at 10:51am and 10:52am) or if they were placed far apart, or if the client’s already confirmed appt is for a slightly earlier or slightly later start time.
