Eligible Bids That Not Confirmed w/ HF
If there is a bid that is not being HF booked but does not have any “no-HF” reasons, this is most likely bc the customer has multiple appts requested for the same day. Filter on the appointments page for that customer and
Check to see if the “guest” name is different on the request or if the requests are for 2 different addresses. In either of these cases, you can confidently book the appts as they’re definitely different requests
If the requests are at the same location and don’t have different guest names, check to see if the requests were placed in quick succession (e.g., at 10:51am and 10:52am) or if they were placed far apart, or if the client’s already confirmed appt is for a slightly earlier or slightly later start time.
