Document Validation
NEED LINK TO SHEET OF THINGS TO VERIFY
The purpose of this is to validate that the previous SOAP or RFS upload was completed properly either by a Zeel employee or by HiOperator automation.
Please check every 10th task on this sheet and verify that the proper task was completed. We do not need to action on anything unless it was done incorrectly.
ex. If we're verifying a "Copy RFS" task, we are simply checking HSRM to see if the document was uploaded as intended and a note was left.
If a task is not completed as intended, please copy the task line over to the "Failed Validation" tab in the spreadsheet linked above.
