Creating/Recreating Zeel@Work Events

Most, if not all, Z@W functions are done from the "Clients" CMS tab.

If there is already a client in CMS we can recreate an event or schedule a new one by going to "Schedule" under "Clients".

Type in the client's name or client ID to pull them up. If there are multiple locations, sets of instructions, it will list all the clients

Under the "Event Date" calendar, any date with a green box already has an event scheduled for that day. This will take you to the schedule page for an existing appointment. You can also navigate here through the CMS filters if you know the client name and date that you're looking for.

Once we are at the schedule page, if we need to change the slot durations or delete and recreate the event for whatever reason, click the red delete button. This will delete any signups. If you need to take a screenshot of signups for the client, do this before deleting the appointment. Also look for the contract ID on the left side of the page. You will need this in the event there are multiple contracts.

Now that the appointment has been deleted we can click "+ Session" to add a new event. It will prompt date and slot length selection. There is typically only one contract per appointment, but if multiple contracts show select the one that was previously being used.

If we are creating an event for a client with a partially created account, we need to make a contract for them (Clients Tab --> Contract). Default to employer pays. Contract type is always "@work - 1 event = 1 invoice". Don't stress over the details of the contract, beyond those two things and the hours nothing really matters. For billing, select hours*129.00.
