Creating an ID.me Account

Go to ID.me click "sign-in" and then "Create new account"

Create an account using your Zeel Email address.

1. This has to be created with your Zeel email address in order to be provisioned through HSRM.

Click the link that was sent to your email or enter the code that was sent to your email.

Set up text message/phone call MFA.

1. You will need to use your personal cell number for this.

Enter the code sent for MFA.

1. If prompted, click "No" to "Do you want to set up additional MFA"

Your account is now created and it's time to ID-verify. Please go to https://ccracommunity.va.gov/ and click the CCRA Logo. This will take you to ID.me to log in. It will prompt you to upload photos of your driver's license or passport and your SSN. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete ID verification.

Once ID verification is completed either email or Slack Ryne the exact email and name used on your ID.me account.

You will be provisioned for HSRM!
