Confirming Providers

Providers are either confirmed by the system (hands-free) or manually by a Zeel employee.

We can confirm them for an appointment that they bid on by clicking the time they submitted next to their name (on the left side of the appointment summary).

If the time either wasn't submitted, or we need to confirm a provider that did NOT bid on the appointment, we can type the providers name into the "Set Provider" field and select them from the list. Click confirm on the right and pick a time. The provider will then receive a notification on their app.
