Cloning Appointments

We can create appointments from CMS by cloning previous ones. This is useful if we accidentally cancel an appointment or need to create an appointment for a client that can't submit it on their own.

Cloned appointments will start in the "Pending Not Blasting" status and need to have their blast list created otherwise they will not be sent to the network.

Cloned appointments also hold pricing, so verify pricing is correct when cloning old appointments or when we do a pricing update.
