Cloning Appointments in CMS

Cloning appointments in CMS allows us to quickly recreate past appointments if one was accidentally canceled or if a client is unable to book on their own.

Key Considerations When Cloning Appointments:

  1. Appointment Status:

    • Cloned appointments start in the "Pending Not Blasting" status.

    • You must create a blast list for the appointment to be sent to the network.

  2. Pricing Verification:

    • Cloned appointments retain the original pricing from the previous booking.

    • Always verify pricing when cloning an old appointment, especially after a pricing update.
