Client Requests Specific Provider

Step 1

Put the appointment into Pending Prioritized (it’s ok if it’s already been blasted to the entire network)

Step 2

Add a sticky note indicating which therapist the therapist is asking for (or if asking only for prioritized therapist, add a note indicating “only wants prioritized therapists”

Step 3

Send shortcut to requested therapist saying “Hello x, the client INITIALS on Dogwood St in Los Angeles is requesting you specifically, Can you reply in the app if available or offer alternate dates/times in the app?”

Step 4

If the requested provider doesn’t respond for many hours, text and there are bids on the request, 

  • if one of the bidding therapists is prioritized say “Hello x, we haven’t heard back from [requested therapist] but another of your prioritized therapists, [bidding therapist], is available [at x pm]. Would you like us to confirm [him/her] for you? 

  • If there are bids, but they aren’t prioritized, say “Hello x, we haven’t heard back from [requested therapist] but another highly rated [female] therapist is available [at x pm]. Would you like us to confirm [him/her] for you?

  • If the system hasn’t blasted out to other providers, say “Hello x, we haven’t heard back from [requested therapist]. Would you like us to reach out to our broader network of providers for you?
