Cancelling Memberships

To terminate a membership, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "Manage Zeelot":

   • Scroll down and click on "Manage Zeelot."

2. Locate the Cancellation Option:

   • Scroll to the bottom, past the lists of planned, completed, and canceled charges.

3. Cancel the Membership:

   • Click "Cancel Membership."

   • Select a cancellation reason.

   • Click the red "Cancel Membership and Charge" button.

4. Review the Cancellation Fee:

   • There is a $200.00 cancellation fee for early terminations.

   • This fee will not be charged unless you check the box labeled "Charge $200 Fee."

   • If the checkbox is not visible, the client has already fulfilled their contract.
