Cancelling Memberships

To cancel a membership navigate to the left side of a clients page in CMS, scroll down to “Manage Zeelot” and click the “Cancel membership button that will appear to the right.

Select a reason for canceling. We don’t need to ask the client what their reason is, use your best judgment based off of what they’ve said during your interaction.
