Cancel Appointment in HSRM
To cancel an appointment you will need to use both ZCC and HSRM
First select the “Copy Cancellation to HSRM” task you will be completing in ZCC. Through the Task grid, you can search a referral number in the top right corner to pull up all tasks for that individual patient. Or you can modify the search parameters further by clicking the icon on the left side.
When you click on the task in ZCC, the appointment information will pop up. Copy the referral number and navigate to HSRM to look up the referral: First select the region from the main page, then click the three lines in the top left corner and select “Find Referrals”, paste the referral number in the first section labeled “referral number” and click “Find” in the bottom right corner. Then click on the referral.
Now click the horizontal three dots in the top right corner and select “Additional Referral Information”
Next, locate the appointment date that you are going to be canceling in the list of appointments and click on “Booked” in the status column. Other Doctor appointments may show in the list so make sure you are only making updates to appointments that have “Zeel in Home Massage Therapy” listed as the provider. (If the date is not in the list, you can go ahead and mark the task as complete in ZCC. This means the appointment was cancelled before it was added to HSRM)
Next the Status will be updated to Cancelled, under “Reason for Canceling” choose either “Rescheduled by Patient” or “Rescheduled by Community Provider”, then click Update in the bottom right corner
Lastly, navigate back to ZCC and click “Finish” to mark the task as complete.
