Bookings Appts w/ Bids When the Client Has Just Cancelled

Sometimes clients cancel within the 1 or 2 minute window it will take for the system to book a handsfree appointment 

You can confirm these appointments and say “Hello x, it looks like you were canceling your request just as we were confirming it. You’re set for an 8pm start time for a massage with a highly rated therapist. Would you like to keep the massage?”
