Blocking a Client or Account

If we have to block a client for a Trust and Safety, Payment issue, request of account deletion, etc., we process that from their member page.

Click the pen/notepad icon by the clients name and scroll down to "Block User".

Select the block reason and click blocked. We do not need to enter a T/S Ticket ID.

This will prevent the customer from logging into their account.

Memberships will still charge if a customer is blocked. Ensure if you block an account that their membership is cancelled, and if they are RFN that their purchased credit is refunded.
