BlackHawk Gift Cards

BlackHawk, or Spafinder, gift cards are similar to pre-paid Visa gift cards. They are added to client accounts like credit/debit cards. They typically have a 2030+ expiration date to help identify them.

Blackhawk cards do NOT show in "available credit" like Zeel Gift Cards do, but they will be applied at checkout prior to other credit or payment methods being charged.

If a payment is failing on an account with a Blackhawk card, it is likely that the credit was taken from the card and applied to the Zeel account and that the card needs to be removed from file prior to the transaction authorizing again.
