Use Case - Assault, sexual misconduct, credible threats, a weapon, or immediate danger.

Handle Protocol - Send an appropriate transfer message and immediately call the Trust & Safety member on duty until someone picks up the phone. See below for more details.

Transfer messages -

• CS Transfer to T&S Provider Reports- DANGEROUS LOCATION — APPOINTMENT IN PROGRESS

Your safety comes first. If you believe you are in immediate danger, call 911. End the appointment and leave the location immediately if you can do so safely. Do not remain at or return to the location.

We are notifying Zeel’s Trust & Safety team now.

• CS Transfer to T&S REPORT OF EMERGENCY OR POTENTIALLY LIFE-THREATENING INJURY — IMMEDIATE ACTION

If you or anyone at the location is experiencing a life-threatening injury or medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not wait for a response from Zeel before contacting emergency services.

Once you have contacted 911 and are in a safe position to respond, please confirm that emergency assistance is on the way. We are notifying Zeel’s Trust & Safety team now.
