Alternate Time Bids

If you have alternate time bids for an appt, and the request has been sitting more than 15 mins for a same-day appt, or more than 30 mins for next day appts), you should text the client via Kustomer to ask them if the alternate time will work. If the therapist is prioritized by the client or has been rated 5 stars by them previously, you should include the therapist’s name and the fact that they are either prioritized or has been rated 5 stars by the client previously (e.g. “Hi x, a therapist you’ve rated 5 stars previously, Joe Provider, would be available for a 5pm start time. Could 5pm work for you?”)
