Adjusting Gender Preferences

Appointment gender preference is chosen when the request is submitted, but can be adjusted in CMS.

Click on the provider gender preference in the appointment summary and select the proper option from the dropdown menu.

You should reblast the appointment after changing the provider gender preference to ensure the blast list is updated timely.
