

Adding and Removing Credentials
Providers are required to keep an up-to-date MT License and Insurance policy. If we need to upload new credentials for a provider that can be done from their profile.
License can either be updated using the pencil/notepad button next to the respective state license, or a new one can be added from the + at the top if a new state is needed.
Insurance needs to have a copy of the document uploaded and then we can update the description and expiration date using the pencil/notepad buttons.
If we update Insurance or License we should inform Provider Support so they can ensure it is updated in Salesforce as well.
