Revoke in ZCC and return in HSRM all referrals that are shown while using the filters listed below AND that do not have patient activity (meaning we have not been actively communicating with them) :

• Appointment Created - NO

• Date Ingested Days Ago - MORE THAN 14 DAYS

• Status - ACTIVE / DRAFT

Additional Referral Returns for Select Facilities :

• Update "Date Ingested Days Ago" to MORE THAN 7 DAYS and set VAMC filter to "x" and process these returns as well.
