Accounting Review Tickets

We use accounting review tickets to communicate Kustomer and CMS needs with Daniel and Priscilla. 

Step 1

To create an accounting review ticket, you’ll make a new NOTE in the customer or provider CMS profile. 

  • Leave a small description of what needs to be done in the header, and detail EVERYTHING we need them to do in the note body. 

  • State amounts that need to be refunded where possible, not just “refund acct credit” 

Step 2

Once all the details are in the note in the CMS profile, copy the link to the Kustomer thread we were conversing with the client in and paste it in the note, and paste the note link in the conversation thread. 

Communication with Accounting

Priscilla’s Kustomer search will find the note if these two things are true. 

  1. The note is SNOOZED, not marked done. 

  2. The note has the “Accounting Review” tag applied to it.  

Priscilla will tag you in her reply with any updates or other actions that we need to do. We’ll likely move to tagging CS-Tier 1 or CS-Tier 2 so anyone can handle.
